chip cookies recipe.
Adding some peanut
butter chips with the white chocolate would really be
good too.
Make a
well in the centre and press white chocolate
chips and top it with peanut
butter.
And then... only AFTER they have confessed to you that this is the
BEST chocolate
chip cookie they have ever put in their mouth... do you drop the news that these cookies do not have gluten, grains,
butter, eggs (if vegan!)
I've actually bought chocolate kale
chips before — Alive & Radiant makes some, they are pretty
good, I figured I'd add the almond
butter and see how it goes.
In a large bowl, add in the dates, almond
butter and honey mixture, puffed oats, almonds, pecans, sesame seeds, and sour cherries (this is everything except for the white chocolate
chips), and mix
well.
I probably don't need to say this, but these can be made into any type of
chip cookie you want — add chocolate
chips, or butterscotch, or peanut
butter chips, or add some chopped walnuts or toasted coconut or chopped heath bars or sprinkles — they will be
good no matter what the mix - ins are.
So say hi to my ridiculously
good - looking, chewy, thick, fat peanut
butter oatmeal chocolate
chip cookies.

best crispy edged, chewy centered chocolate
chip cookies!!
Imagine combining a recipe for brownies with a recipe for chocolate cake (which includes a stick of
butter)-- then sprinkling on mini-marshmallows, nuts and chocolate
chips — and you'll have a
good idea of how
good these taste.
Then for a different twist, I replaced the said cinnamon
chips with peanut
butter chips, because peanut
butter and banana goes so
well togeyher, but wait there's more; I also added the chocolate
chips called for in the recipe, because not only does peanut
butter and banana go
well together, but so does banana and chocolate, and chocolate and peanut
butter, and all three just makes a glorious trio of muffin perfection!

butter syrup — I like how subtle the chocolate is in this recipe so the peanut
butter has a chance to shine as
well!
The second time I used coconut flour as
well, but I added about 1/3 cup of milk (you could use coconut milk) and 2tbs of melted
butter (could use coconut oil or perhaps even avocado) and I also added some semisweet chocolate
chips.

good (check out the tuna crudo, fish and
chips, and charred cauliflower on my Instagram) but this brown
butter soft serve is utterly flawless.
Then I looked at the recipe on the back of the Rice Krispies box and thought that if we were bothering to melt the
butter we might as
well keep melting to brown it to create a richer, toasted flavor, similar to my Perfect Chocolate
Chip Cookies.

chips even easier by melting pure coconut oil and stirring in a little vanilla, honey and raw cacao powder before freezing!!!

best to use solid or semi-firm coconut oil... I found that using
butter that was too runny affected my traditional chocolate
chip cookies, so I imagine it's the same with the coconut oil.
