In this last chapter I shall try to do two things: to trace some connections between
the Christian hope of eternal life and the coming of the kingdom; and to indicate the major foundations on which I believe both these forms of faith must rest.

of life in «the world» for
Christians with roots in the Jewish tradition.
Another great note in
Christian faith is the
hope of eternal life.
