than their urban counterparts, schools have been developing ways to improve bandwidth as well as access to devices including
iPads and
Chromebooks.

Maybe younger grades (I was a senior when the program started) did utilize those Adobe apps, and maybe they will find
iPads and a Pencil more useful
than a
Chromebook, but an honest look at everything Apple introduced still leads me to think that without an app as incredibly useful as Google Drive, they will always be playing catchup.

than iPads in schools, as the former are cheaper and offer a more practical laptop for students.
Chromebooks — even ones that can transform into tablets — have more in common with transforming Windows PCs
than they do Android tablets and
iPads.
I've found this to be a bit hilarious, because our damage rate with
ipads was much lower
than when we used Windows laptops, and then
Chromebooks.
