There is so much information out there about which foods harm the gut and should be eliminated in order to heal from
chronic gut conditions that I just had to write this article.
Leaky gut syndrome, sometimes described as severe intestinal permeability, is

# 5 — You have
chronic skin issues — Even if you don't think you have digestive problems, the best way to heal skin
conditions — from eczema and psoriasis to acne and rosacea — is to heal the
gut.
Constipation should be regarded as a very dangerous problem because it contributes to many health
