I had visited The Pier and The Wing First
Class lounges on my previous trip,
which I was able to access because I was actually flying in Cathay Pacific First
Class.
At least Virgin Atlantic,
which has a very nice
lounge in LHR as well as a mattress pad for Upper
Class lie - flat seats, now offers more service between SFO and LHR.
Many readers will be aware of the existing «Millionaire's Door»,
