Hi Ella, I live in North Wales and I am struggling to get flax seed, raw
cocao and hemp
protein powder, can you recommend anywhere on - line I could get them or alternative's I could use please?
I use the powder, along with oat or almond milk, organic
protein powder,
cocao, nuts and some other ingredients in a morning smoothie and have felt a noticeable difference in energy and vitality.
Today I halved the recipe, used unsweetened coconut milk, threw in some cashews for
protein,
cocao powder and added a touch of vanilla & cinnamon.
Optional add ins: sea salt,
cocao nibs, dried berries, green powder, maca powder, nuts and seeds, probiotic powder,
protein powder, gelatin, cayenne pepper, cardamom.
Made in less than 10 minutes with wholesome ingredients, these

protein powder 1 Greens packet 4 — 6 oz water 4 — 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/4 avocado 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves or 1/8 tsp organic peppermint extract 1/2 TBS raw honey — to taste, or stevia or xylitol to taste 1 TBS raw
