I made this

I didn't have any strawberries so I changed the
recipe a bit — I added
peanut butter and
cocoa powder instead of strawberries.
While I did edit the
recipe to my caloric budget (1 tablespoon of
peanut butter rather than 2, 1.5 tablespoons of
cocoa) It did still taste like a very decadent chocolate pudding.
For those who aren't partial to vanilla, here's my
recipe alterations for
cocoa - nut and
peanut butter.
All what's required to make the chocolate
peanut butter energy bites is some
peanut butter, coconut flour (which BTW, to this day I have not managed to successfully use in any other
recipe),
cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste.
My vegan chocolate mousse
recipe uses carob and
cocoa for the chocolaty flavour and
peanut butter and soy yogurt for some extra creaminess.

cocoa powder, a pinch of stevia (or you could use maple syrup, date sugar, or dates if you don't like stevia), raw coconut
butter (not oil), and a natural
peanut butter without sugar or oil.

recipe I saw did not call for
peanut butter and used more
cocoa powder, but I love
peanut butter and this was plenty chocolaty with just one tbsp
cocoa powder.
