instead of sugar), 100 % fruit spread, ground flaxseed meal, shredded
coconut, quick cooking oats and quinoa flakes.
I just made a variation of these
bars substituting cashews for almonds and apricots for cherries with
coconut essence
instead of almond.
These kind of remind me of a Magic Cookie
Bar in texture and richness... they really pack a sweet punch but have the buttery caramel flavor
instead of
coconut.

I'm tempted to suggest using the non-separated
coconut milk
instead of just the fat, but I'm afraid that the
bars won't hold their shape in that case.
