coconut oil, which is found naturally in
coconut milk, is one of my favorite foods that increase metabolism.
I thought it wouldn't hurt to try so I started adding a tablespoon of
coconut butter to my
smoothies (which is amazing) and eating more flax, avocado, nut butter and tahini, and the different nuts / seeds
for each cycle phase.
So, taking a bit of a break from pumpkin spice and everything nice, (at least
for today), we're making a delicious Pomegranate
Coconut Smoothie that will hopefully get you all excited about fall

I also tend to add extra unsweetened
coconut flakes to the
smoothie for added flavor — so yummy.

for those trying to hide the texture, the trick is to melt the
coconut oil until it is just barely melted an add slowly as the

for breakfast or lunch... i use chocolate almond milk or chocolate
coconut milk, bananas, peanut butter, a tbsp of ground almonds or hazelnuts and a tbsp of oat bran!!!
I usually opt out of soy milk, but I do love almond and
coconut milk

Coconut Water Cooler recipe... but that's exactly why I loved this book so much — it has a pure, natural and even simple way to eat healthier ice cream treats.

coconut and banana (I wish I added ice).
To make the whipped cream, open the can of
coconut milk and scoop out the top layer of solid
coconut cream into the bowl of a stand mixer (sidenote: save the remaining
coconut liquid
for smoothies!).
200 ml Almond Breeze ® Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tablespoon Chia seeds — see info below 1 tablespoon Golden Linseeds — rich in Omega 3 a good dollop of 0 % Natural Greek Yogurt (
