While the combination of the fruit with the
coffee,
chocolate,
and peanut butter may
seem odd, every ingredient adds to the flavor combination
and makes the great taste of this smoothie.
I don't know what it is about
coffee and nuts that
seem to go together, especially when it comes to gooey,
chocolate cake, but they just
seem to work.
If I'm craving cake I go
and get a real white flour butter sugar

seems to help the most lol the substitutions just don't truly cut it since I started having old fashioned cake again it actually is my favourite

I don't need a lot to eat in the a.m. but i do always like something small with my
coffee, I usually just reach for a banana
and some dark
chocolate peanut butter because it
seems simultaneously indulgent yet healthy if I measure out the pb.

seems that fungi could act as a «bitter blocker» in certain foods (like
chocolate and coffee), taking away the bitterness where sugar usually gets the job done.

Chocolate (both for caffeine), Alcohol (c» mon, you don't want to give your baby a buzz), Broccoli (
and other «gassy foods» like beans, couliflower, etc.), Spicy Foods (like jalapenos
and so on; incidentally not all babies have a problem so just exclude if fussiness
seems to occur), Garlic (also a taste issue for baby possibly), Fish (same as during pregnancy, mercury happens), Citrus (apparently can irritate their new little gastrointestinal system), Peppermint
and Parsley (used to halt milk supply so use sparingly), Peanuts / Tree Nuts (high - allergen food passes to baby), Corn (high allergen), Shellfish (high allergen), Egg (possibly egg white allergen), Soy (food allergen), Wheat (especially if mom or dad is allergic),
and of course Milk
and Dairy (for, you guessed it, food allergen).

seems festive to leave brightly wrapped
chocolates out on a
coffee table but you shouldn't be surprised to come home
and find the bowl empty.
As we normally associate fair trade with products like
coffee,
chocolate,
and handcrafted goods, this probably
seems like a really strange question.
