I found the recipe below on CookingLight.com — it combines two loves — coffee and ice cream; I'll let you know how it turns out!
I used it for sourdough pizza, and also made the recipe on the bag, Tuscan coffee cake, in which I also used my sourdough starter by decreasing the water and flour.
