the Community Practice service at Colorado State University's James L. The Community Practice Service implements in depth training for our future veterinarians that include general surgery and surgical care.
This Service has its home in
the Community Practice Service and includes Dr. Marta Castelhano, Dr. Magi Casal, Associate Professor of Medical Genetics, Pediatrics, and Theriogenology at the University of Pennsylvania and adjunct Professor at Cornell, and licensed veterinary technician Susan Garrison.
Our Community Practice Service is run by the fourth - year - students who provide general care to local dogs and cats.
Recipients are recommended by the Director of
the Community Practice Service in the Companion Animal Hospital and approved by the Cornell Feline Health Center.
You do not need a referral to be seen by the Equine
Community Practice service.
It is required by the Equine
Community Practice service that the owner or an authorized agent for the owner will be present at the facility with the horse for the scheduled appointment unless otherwise arranged with the veterinarian at the time of scheduling the appointment.
Safety for the patient and all persons involved is of utmost importance to the Equine
Community Practice service.
