The Coalition Government is current designing the successor
scheme to the current programme that funds the instillation of
energy efficiency measures in low income and vulnerable households and
communities.
While the emphasis is firmly on innovation, this could include projects that break down the barriers to the development and take up of new products and services, that deliver innovative solutions to reduce
energy demand in low - income households, or that join up existing
schemes to bring maximum benefits for vulnerable households and the wider
community.

communities and there is a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion amongst not for profit organisations seeking to address this problem across England.
Overall, the exhibition presents a quite diverse repertoire of architectural approaches and formal solutions to the different problems and opportunities which characterize each site; yet all proposals share some common traits, such as the involvement of local

energy production facilities as both functional and symbolic elements, and the coexistence of different functions within a single functional
