I even used the
breast meat from a rotisserie
chicken so I didn't have to
cook any
chicken.

Bone - in
chicken breasts may be used as well, but since white
meat cooks faster than dark, check for doneness sooner.
I've used a small piece of
chicken breast meat, pan fry lightly in a little oil in the saucepan, seasoned with salt and black pepper,
cook until the
chicken is done.
When the oil is hot, add the
chicken breasts and
cook both sides for 5 - 7 minutes, until the
meat is white.
I used
chicken breasts and it was nice and juicy since you're dipping the
chicken in the buttermilk & batter twice and then frying it to seal in the moisture similar to Asian style
cooking where you toss the
meat in cornstarch.
Plus, I like to serve slow
cooked meat shredded, and
chicken breasts are better for that.
The new pulled
chicken will be made of white
breast and dark
meat to give both tenderness and flavour and will be
cooked in a sauce inspired by an authentic Kentucky recipe.
Add the
chicken breast cubes,
cook them until the
meat turns white (about 7 - 8 minutes).

chicken thighs (for flavor) and

Making broth - based soups at home follows a certain formula —
cook any
meat (in this case, that was
chicken breasts), sauté the aromatics (things like onions and garlic), including any herbs or spices, pour in the liquid (
chicken broth and diced tomatoes for this soup), simmer, then add in any vegetables and extras (such as tortellini) that need a smaller amount of
cooking time.

cooked meat like
chicken breasts or a roast....
Add the
chicken breast meat, salt and pepper, and
cook, stirring frequently, until the
chicken has just turned white on the outside.
A cold pan can make the under - side of the
chicken a little soggy and the added oven - time required for
cooking can make the
breast meat dry.
I prefer to use
chicken thigh
meat which I find more flavorful, but you could also use
chicken breast meat but
cook it for a shorter time.
Then flip
chicken over (skin side up), place on cooler side of grill, close grill lid and let
chicken cook (3 - 5 minutes for
breast meat; 12 minutes for bone in leg / thigh
meat).
Of course when
cooking with leaner, boneless / skinless cuts, such as
chicken breast, modifications are required in order to achieve tender and juicy
meat.
If there are some leftover
cooked chicken breasts, grind the
cooked meat in a food grinder or processor and freeze it for a ravioli filling.
We like to
cook chicken breasts with the skin on because it helps keep the
meat moist — this recipe calls for a little aromatic thyme and garlic to be tucked underneath the skin to flavor the
chicken as it
cooks.
I dig ground
chicken in this pasta for its texture and the fact that it
cooks in about 5 minutes, but you could easily sub two diced idiotproof
chicken breasts or shredded
meat from a store - bought rotisserie
chicken.

chicken breasts, or any other
meat, shower it using apple juice to keep a better moisture content degree on the food.

chicken is usually used and
cooked stock like with carrots, celery and onion but for time sake I skipped ahead and used just
breast meat and a quick stock.

To make the
chicken taco
meat, place the
chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow
cooker.
Chicken meal is the rendered (
cooking to remove water and fat from fresh
meats) dried meal from flesh, skin and parts such as bruised legs, thighs,
breasts and whole deboned carcases of
chickens, all of these different ingredients are defined by FDA and AAFCO as, «not for human consumption».
Acceptable food treats include a small amount of Gerber ® or Beech Nut ®
chicken, beef, or turkey baby food (with no vegetables or starches; gravy is okay),
cooked chicken breast (or other
cooked meats), and freeze - dried 100 %
meat products.
2 Place the
chicken breast side down on top of the vegetables (this will help keep the
meat moist during
cooking) and season with salt and pepper.
