With
cooking I get inspired by the many
cookbooks I have,
recipes I read on the Internet, foodblogs or the newspaper I read every morning.
I have learnt a lot from both of your
cookbooks and use a lot of your sauces and ways of
cooking things as inspiration for my own
recipes.
She is one of the pioneers of modern, plant - forward home
cooking, and she's been able to inspire hundreds of thousands of people to incorporate more plants into their everyday meals with her approachable
recipes,
cookbooks, classes and retreats.
I discovered kohlrabi in the past few months, when I started to explore Slovenian
cooking and found
recipes for kohlrabi in some 1950s Slovenian American
cookbooks.
So, if I remember, I will feature one of these
recipes free (they're also all in When Bakers
Cook cookbook btw) for you to enjoy.

recipe is pretty much laid out for me, since I don't usually
cook other people's
recipes, although I do read a lot of
cookbooks and
cooking magazines.
Karen Solomon has great
recipes and made sure that the
cookbook is fun to read, even if you aren't going to
cook at the moment.
In addition to blogging, she's a
cookbook author (read my interview with her and get the
recipe for her Stuffed Pizza Rolls here) a spokesperson, and you can also catch her on Food Network where she's often judging
cooking competitions.
When I realize that I'm in a rut I find that the best way to switch it up is to actually
cook a
recipe from a
cookbook (or this here little website).
