"Coronation chicken" refers to a popular dish made with cooked chicken mixed with a creamy and flavorful sauce. It got its name because it was originally created for the coronation banquet of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.

What the meal consists of are soft, floppy crêpe - style pancakes (flavored with cumin and turmeric, which gives them a Day - Glo hue), filled
with coronation chicken salad (which is just boiled chicken mixed with yogurt, curry powder and mango chutney, essentially) and some sautéed spinach.
Costa have a gluten free wrap option, and when I visited in September 2015 they had the newly launched
coronation chicken wrap.
