Racing program manager Doug Fehan.
A cadre of GM
engineers and racers, many of whom were also involved in preparing and
racing Corvettes successfully at the 24 hours of LeMans, took up residence near the famous Nurburgring
race track in Germany.
«We're not happy with the
Corvettes» qualifying positions today, but we're very proud of the team,» said Corvette
Racing engineering director Doug Louth.
So it's only fitting that following the team's 8th class win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the
racing team and drivers gathered in Detroit to celebrate with Corvette Team members who design,
engineer and build our
Corvettes.
