I'm going crazy for strawberries lately and after coming across these adorable retro - style milk bottles, I was inspired to create this Strawberries &
Cream smoothie which I was half - tempted to call a Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie because it tastes just like a strawberry milkshake, especially when it's served in these bottles!

The coconut milk will separate into coconut
cream (that you'll need in this recipe) and coconut water (
which is great in
smoothies).

which, because of its creamy structure, is ideal for use in
smoothies, puddings and ice

While the flavouring may be a little bit strong for some (think really intense vanilla ice
cream) this protein is by far my number one choice for a post-workout

cream, I got a cup of deliciousness from Sub Zero, an ice
cream maker that creates your dessert right in front of you using liquid nitrogen: -LCB- Low - fat «Magnetic Mint» ice
cream cup -RCB- Yum.
I also added their coconut
cream powder
which added a nice fullness to the
smoothie.

If you pack your
smoothie with sweet ingredients — ice
cream, flavored yogurt, sweetened almond milk, honey or too much frozen fruit — you'll be adding significantly to your daily sugar intake,
which increases the drink's calorie count and may lead to blood sugar spikes.

which contain this protein are ice

smoothies, baked goods, frozen potatoes, etc..

which is hard to get him to drink,

I typically had one snack between lunch and dinner,
which was either something traditionally Guatemalan like empanadas, pupusas, tostadas or fried plantains, or something to help us cool off like frozen yoghurt, a
smoothie or ice
cream.
I absolutely LOVE the pumpkin
smoothie,
which I turned into dessert pudding by topping it off with coconut milk whip
cream.
I've also tried adding maca to my overnight oats,
which is good too, but
smoothies and nice
cream are by far my favourite way to enjoy this tasty root powder.
