Simply peel the
mango and two of the
bananas and place them in a food processor with the ground flaxseed and a little almond milk, then blend everything together into a smooth,

I used my basic smoothie formula to come up with this Double Chocolate Chai Smoothie: 1 cup liquid like almond milk or coconut water, greens,
creamy fruit like
banana or
mango, additional fruits and veggies, a little healthy fat, a little protein, a little fiber, a little stevia, additional nutrient boosters like cacao, maca, goji, acai, etc., and spices and / or flavorings.
If followed exactly, the original recipe is good though the
banana and milk seem to dominate and leave you with a very smooth and
creamy smoothie that is somewhat lacking in
mango flavor.
There are so many flavour combos you could try, here I went for strawberry and
mango (I preferred the strawberry out the of two), but you could also go for other berries,
banana, chocolate or maybe even orange although I think fruits with a higher level of natural pectin would work best as they would give the
creamiest result when combined with the tofu.
If you're looking for a sweet, simple meal with only 4 ingredients, no
bananas, sweeteners or dried fruit then this
creamy mango shake will suit you down to the ground.
i used a
banana for some substance and the beautiful
creamy consistency it provides and i didn't find it's flavor to be strong or even that noticeable in this smoothie, but if you reeeeally hate
bananas, use frozen
mango or pineapple instead.

Directions: Combine the 1/2 frozen
banana, frozen
mango, and avocado in a food processor and blend until smooth and
creamy.
Once blended with citrus juice like lemon and
creamy banana and sweet
mango you'll have a rich and decadent smoothie that is just the right amount of sweetness.
This is a super rich and
creamy recipe thanks to the
banana,
mango and almond milk.
Mango makes smoothies just as
creamy as
bananas and pineapple is really tasty when combined with greens.
Both
mangoes and peaches can help relieve constipation, improve the look of dull skin, and are naturally sweet and thick and
creamy (just like
bananas but with different benefits).
(Okay, there are times where I like adding in my kale or spinach to smoothies, don't get me wrong, but I always mask the taste with
creamy banana or
mango.)
If you are low on the sweet fruits and your kids are needing it sweeter, you can add a little pure vanilla extract (especially good with
mango /
banana / coconut /
creamy combos).
If I win (I think I can, I think I can) I'm going to make my new favorite smoothie to celebrate I don't have an actual recipe, but I put two ripe
bananas, one peeled
mango cut off of the pit, a handful of ice cubes and a couple of heaping tablespoons of coconut milk (the fatty
creamy kind) into my blender and oh my goodness!
These healthy tropical
mango popsicles are made with real
banana and
mango with
creamy coconut milk.
So, instead of using regular ice cream and dairy milk which are full of hormones, milk sugar, and insulin - spiking properties, I'm using
creamy, smooth unsweetened almond milk by Silk and half a frozen
banana (but you could sub
mango if you don't want to use
banana).
Something about the
creamy coconut and avocado blended with the sweet yet mellow
mango and
banana makes my taste buds sing with happiness.
