After finely shredding my cabbage, I'll
saute it in a skillet with olive oil
and lots of
crushed garlic.
Spinach is one of my very favorites,
and I usually make it the exact same way:
sauteed with
garlic, olive oil
and crushed red pepper.
Our go to's are usually gluten, yeast,
and sugar free — your post for crispy black bean tacos w cabbage slaw, or refried beans (pintos
sauteed with onion,
garlic,
and crushed red pepper flakes).
Add the avocado oil, onions,
crushed garlic, salt
and pepper to a large soup pot
and lightly
saute for 2 - 3 minutes, or until the onions are soft.
In a large skillet over medium high heat,
saute tomatoes
and garlic in olive oil
and butter with red
crushed pepper flakes
and thyme (use the sprig as well because the flavor is great).
One of my favorite quick ways to use beet greens is simply
sauteing them in a bit of olive oil with a generous amount of chopped
garlic and some
crushed red pepper flakes.
Saute onion, red pepper
and crushed garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil for 2 - 3 mins til translucent but not browned.
For the Cashew Croutons 1/2 c raw cashew nuts 1/4 tsp of celtic sea salt 1 clove
garlic crushed 1 tbsp olive oil Method • Place all ingredients in small
saute pan
and saute until cashew are lightly browned.
I love bok choy
sauteed with a bit of olive oil
and garlic and crushed red pepper — so good!
Using non stick pan, add 2 of the
crushed garlic cloves
and 1/2 of the diced onion
and allow to
saute.
