The first
cumulative update of Windows 10 Mobile for 2016 is now
available for Fast Ring Insiders.

It doesn't contain any major features, or even fixes; Microsoft says that it's testing the release of
cumulative updates to the build, something that will have to be done at least monthly once it's generally
available.
Users with build 16232 will be seeing the current
Cumulative Update build
available for download and the latest version 16232.1004 will remain until the Redmond Giant releases a new Insider Preview Build for Fast Ring Insiders.
Windows 10's first feature
update after the Anniversary release in 2016 will be
available in the second Tuesday of April, which is the same day on which Microsoft usually rolls out
Cumulative patches to the current branch.
Cumulative update 10586.338 is now
available for users on the most stable Insider ring — the Release Preview.
In fact, less than a day ago, 16232.1004 was offered up to the Fast ring, only bringing with it an
updated binary for Notepad, and as was noted yesterday, this
cumulative update will no longer be
available now that there's a new build.
This build,
available in the Fast Ring, was compiled on December 5, or two days after the official
cumulative update for December released a few days ago — 15254.124.
Available in the Slow and Release Preview rings, this
update comes without a change log, but it should bring the usual bug fixes and performance improvements to Windows Insider, as it's always the case with the
cumulative updates for the current branch (Redstone 1).
