There are so many things that I love about this
granola: the crunchy clusters (one wouldn't think that 1/2 a
cup of pure pumpkin could yield such a crunchy
granola, but, alas!
Stir in 2/3
cup of the
granola, followed by the optional chocolate chips and dried fruit.
With a little over half a
cup of added sugar, just enough chocolate to make Harry think they're a treat, and only a few tablespoons
of added fat, these blow commercial
granola bars — which are often no better than straight - up candy — out
of the lunchbox.
So, the first thing to come out
of this new amazing kitchen are these mini
granola cups filled with greek yogurt and fresh berries.
