raw cocoa powder, a half cup of sliced banana, one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, one teaspoon of honey, a half cup of plain grass -
fed Greek yogurt, one tablespoon almond butter, one quarter teaspoon ground cinnamon, and a handful of ice.
