Dairy Kefirs for 2018.
I've been doing
the dairy kefir for almost two months.
Not exact matches
Like a primal diet, it allows high - quality
dairy, namely those that have been cultured
for 24 hours, like homemade yogurt,
kefir and sour cream.
Today we have a really easy recipe
for the
Kefir Smoothie, which gives the rich flavor of the fermented
dairy just that sweet touch by adding blueberries and a touch of honey!

dairy milks (cow, goat, sheep) are going to provide the best substrate

kefir grains over time, rest them in

for at least 24 hours every other batch or two.
We found that it took around 7 weeks of regular fermentation in
dairy milk to fully recover milk
kefir grains so that they would reproduce after having been used to ferment coconut milk
for 2 weeks.
Fat free
kefir is a nice substitution
for full or partial fat
dairy products, since it has a creamy consistency, but the tartness of yogurt.
FYI, you can also use an organic probiotic bill to and put it into the cashew cream / nut cream / or nut free hemp (any) seed cream... to to turn it into yogurt / if you can't buy real
Kefir Bacteria (Lactobacilli bacteria)- Its not
dairy but is used to make milk into
Kefir and after its used to turn milks into yogurt, you can strain out the original chunks of bacteria (which is what we do here in Greece and then put the
Kefir in the freezer so you can perpetually re-use it — while waiting
for yogurt to become cheese.

for many neurological issues and

Dairy farm, get A-2 milk every two weeks and make milk
Kefir for my entire family, there is also a brand at Sprouts called A-2 it's whole milk, always use whole milk because the
Kefir grains eat the milk Lactose & fat to grow the good bacteria.

Fit in some raw animal protein and fats (from high quality sources), preferably daily, such as raw
dairy foods (milk, cream,
kefir, unheated yogurts, ice cream), raw fish (ideally fermented), and raw muscle or organ meats (such as steak tartare, freezing meat
