do find that my body and mind are happier and healthier when I eat veg, vegan, gluten,
dairy and refined sugar free.

do know that I have a
dairy & soy
intolerance so I try & avoid those also.
I think if you don't have
dairy intolerance, having it occasionally isn't a problem at all.
Lactose
intolerance does not mean
dairy avoidance.

I don't deprive myself of food and never have, so no psych issues to deal with but I mostly eat clean due to multiple food
intolerances in the family (low gluten,
dairy, salicylates).
For those who don't have an
intolerance to
dairy and lactose, milk can be a good way to get in added calcium, vitamins, and some extra protein.
Water kefir grains
do not affect people with lactose
intolerance there is no milk used with them so it is completely
dairy free.
Again, we don't know if this lactose
intolerance is passed along to Pomskies or not but you may want to avoid giving your Pomsky
dairy products.
For those dogs that
do have a
dairy intolerance, treat them to a frozen non-
dairy treat.
