It took me at least a couple of hours to
make this as I
made the sauce and
cheese myself (normally I cheat and buy jarred sauce & sprinkle on some
daiya on it).
I'm thinking they'd
make a kickass parmesan - type dish, with tomato sauce and some
daiya cheese.
My BFF
made this for me chx parm style with
Daiya cheese.

As for the
cheese, Georgia has a mozzarella style that she
makes sometimes (still perfecting it) but also often uses
Daiya brand mozarella shreds which work very well for this dish.
I tried to
make this soup months ago using
Daiya cheese, but it just didn't work out, so I'm so glad I came across this recipe.
Interested in
making this but not sure what
cheeses to use... don't really like

cheese sauce before and I actually prefer it, but he likes the
Daiya!

cheese, you can ofcourse use
daiya cheese, or any other vegan
