First of all, I am hoping you can give me a recommendation on a good
non-dairy cheese to use besides
Daiya.
As a new vegan,
non-dairy cheeses didn't do much for me but after a few months of having little bits here and there, the flavour of
Daiya really began to grow on me.
Non-dairy cheese (optional, but strongly encouraged - I used a mix of
Daiya chedder and mozzarella shreds)
Daiya (pronounced day - yah) has a full line of plant - based and allergy free products, from
non-dairy cheese alternatives to salad dressings.
Both Silk and
Daiya make
non-dairy yogurts with probiotic strains.
