For our lovely lady aged 31 years, who needs 37g of protein per
day on average, she's already hit almost half of her daily requirements in on single
plant -
based meal.
On that (random) note, I'm going to share with you the delicious,
plant -
based meals I enjoyed on the
day I finally started to feel back to normal after a bad cold.
I liked that these were

based protein to really fill me up and power me through my
day.
That's why I'm all about starting my
day off with a simple and healthy
