My son «hates» chicken but loves the nuggets I make him haha When he asks me about it I just change the subject I'm only on
day five and although I didn't eat much sugar before, I found everything with natural sugar in it (ex:
sweet potatoes and butternut squash) way
sweeter than I used too.
For me personally this is more important
than whey protein, I can eat meat all
day and not really get bored of it but eating carbs such as
sweet potatoes and long grain rice 4/5 times a
day has always been a task never mind cooking and storing it all first!

potatoes, and this dinner feels very cozy for a nice, chilly fall

sweet potatoes mixed and A LOT of coconut oil (this food is truly a miraculous antidepressant — I am for 8 - 12 tablespoons a
day with my starchy carbs).

day of Skittles, M&M's and pizza even with the right caloric number, is that different in your experience
than a cheat
day with I would recommend grass fed steak and
sweet potatoes where you're eating like it's not really cheat
day but it's like a full fuel
day, right?
