Attach a Christian - sounding description to the bully's behavior (admonishing, instruction, correction and so on), and a Christian title to the bully (pastor, teacher, elder,
deacon, «our beloved brother in Christ» or whatever) and suddenly they can almost
do no wrong.

did have times they met (otherwise how could you neglect the assemblies) and leadership defined (with particular roles like
deacons and elders).

do not see the priests,
deacons or brothers out ministering to the community in the same manner (other than in a sacrimental or ceremonial way).

deacons, and all women,» a congregation that
did not sufficiently support pastors and their families either emotionally or financially.
I'm seeing a lot of «alternatives» to the priest / pastor, elder /
deacon, leader, laity pyramid starting up in the last 5 or so years (maybe I didn't see them before because I wasn't looking).

It has become known to this holy and great council that in localities and cities the
deacons distribute the Eucharist to the presbyters, though it is contrary to the canon and the tradition that they who may not themselves offer the sacrifice should distribute the body of Christ to those who
do offer the sacrifice.
