siren was ok... creepy at times, and the overall story was actually kind of cool... how it tied
together and everything... worth playing... but that sight - jacking thing is totally annoying... the grain filter in that
game was ridiculous, the visuals where not bad... but it used «next gen» effects in a bad way to make it frustrating to play at times...
Dead Space is easily the «best» horror
game of this gen imo... Re5 was a disappointment... and I haven't really played any of the others...

Dead Space website, you can take part in a competition which allows you to present an idea for a new weapon by blending another two
together and the winner will have the weapon featured in the
game as well as their likeness on a poster or billboard.
I won't spoil anything more than that but I'll add that the group to came
together to make Firewatch worked on
games like the Bioshock series, Mark of the Ninja, Brutal Legend, and The Walking
Dead Season One (if you're mad about how that series ended, you can fill my personal emails with your complaints).
The
Dead or Alive franchise (the actual fighting
games, anyway) are about a bunch of girls coming
together to beat the crap out of each other in martial arts.

Man I thought
Dead Space 3 was getting an insane amount of press and publicity until I realized that I was lumping ads for DS3 and Crysis 3
together, due to those
games being identical to a disinterested party.
It's brilliant combination of macabre themes from things like Clue and 13
Dead End Drive (kudos to anyone who remembers that
game) cleverly combined with Groundhog Day style time travel come
together to form an example of the proper, modern evolution of the adventure
game genre.
