(And I may not often comment on
Dear Author but yeah, if they're going to go and
review one of my favorite fantasy series even though they're usually a romance site, fuck yeah I'm going to speak up in that comments thread.)

Dear Author and Smart Bitches Trashy Books will go a lot further toward informing the public what qualifies as a good read.

authors, in the past days I heard an upsetting opinion about submit book for
review, or rather, about submit book for paid book
reviews.
I also read
Dear Author fairly regularly for news and commentary and
reviews.
Dear readers,
authors and artists, with this post I want to inform you that this literary blog will resume to publish articles,
reviews, interviews and press releases as of August, 30, 2016.
And one valuable blog in my genre (the romance blog
Dear Author — I write romantic suspense) will no longer accept books for potential
review unless they are available in all formats, so KDP Select is a negative there too.
I also wailed loud and long, requesting my
dear sweet
authors to look at my damn
reviews and if they were helpful, give»em a vote.
Usually, the homepage or landing page of an
author's website will feature the writer's latest project (with a blurb, a click - to - buy feature, and testimonials or
reviews), but you might also include a «
dear reader» letter.
