In Multiplayer if you played real Spies Vs Mercs it was fun (Classic, Blacklist, Extraction Game
Modes) but the other two Uplink Control and Team
Deathmatch is just screwed up where you can be anybody you want
which doesn't work.
There's also some fun multiplayer
modes like soul harvest
which requires players to collect souls to freeze tag
which basically freezes the player until they are revived to more traditional
modes such as warpath (aka King of the Hill) and team
deathmatch.
The other game
modes are straightforward Battlefield game
modes, aside from War Pigeon,
which is a mix of Team
Deathmatch and Battlefield 4's Obliteration.
The game was successfully approved on Steam Greenlight, and features three gameplay
modes, including Opposing Kingdoms, where players are the champion for one kingdom, and must completely wipe the other kingdom's champions out, a standard
Deathmatch mode and a Party Survival
Mode in
which all members of a team must be killed to win.
There will be six or seven game
modes at launch, including Kings (defend the base), Crazy Kings (defend the base, except the base moves around the map), Team
Deathmatch (as it says on the tin), and Artifact,
which is almost a bit of a hot potato
mode.
The game not only hosts co-op,
which works pretty well, but also some great multiplayer
modes, including
Deathmatch, King of the Hill, Capture the Flag, Juggernaut, or Conquest.
There are your traditional online
modes, such conquest and team
deathmatch, and after playing these
modes I had some time to play some Escalation
mode which is a 4 - player «horde - like» co-op
mode.
There are other
modes as well including Hold the rainbow where a player needs to hold a rainbow power up that collects coins as the player moves, making this an epic game of cat and mouse, Mega coins in
which players have to fight over larger coins for points or just your plain old garden variety
deathmatch.
There are a couple other multiplayer
modes like Blast,
which is your team
deathmatch, and Strike,
which is your more traditional objective - based team
mode.
The multiplayer is nothing to sneeze at by the way as there is a lot of fun to be had there too, whether you play in the mercenary warfare
mode which is a free for all of death or the Guerilla warfare
mode which is head to head in a team based
deathmatch setting with the ISA and the Helghast going at it.
There's also Team
Deathmatch modes with the Deadly Alliance feature,
which lets you team up with another general... until one of you winds up stabbing the other in the back.
Multiplayer is divided up into four
modes, three of
which tread familiar ground like Team
Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Conquest (think King of the Hill).
Besides the usual Conquest and Team
Deathmatch, there are two other
modes which are quickly becoming my favorite.
As always, the maps play a huge role in shaping the pace and tactical opportunities in both
deathmatch and team - based
modes, and while the assortment of maps are visually somewhat underwhelming, the folks at Infinity Ward consistently create interesting spaces in
which to play.
The moshbowl
mode has you riding around in circles trying to knock your opponents down,
which is not dissimilar to
deathmatch modes in FPS titles.
Players also have three new
modes to look forward to, consisting of Team
Deathmatch, Capture the Flag and Domination,
which can be played across three different maps.
Versus play options,
which support up to six players, include the requisite team
deathmatch and base defence
modes,
which are fun if not remarkable additions.
The main two
modes of play in the game are Team
Deathmatch and CTF, and levels are typically quite large
which allows for proper use of the jet - pack.
Venture through the menus you browse the
modes and you'll discover just two
modes; a standard team
deathmatch and Seize Ground,
which has you capturing zones to score points.
The multiplayer demo features a
deathmatch mode,
which pretty much is exactly what you would expect of it, and a conquest
mode,
which will have players take over a few control nodes to effectively conquer the map.
Condemned 2: Bloodshot takes the series to a whole new level by introducing a variety of thrilling online multiplayer
modes including
deathmatch,
which promises to deliver the most brutal hand - to - hand combat experience the first person genre has ever seen.
Should you be one of the lucky chosen then you can look forward to having access to a total of three different game
modes; Attrition,
which is essentially team
deathmatch, Hardpoint Domination and Last Titan Standing, a name that speaks for itself.
There's also just four
modes to choose from to play on these maps, with the usual Team
Deathmatch, Conquest and Capture the Flag on offer alongside a Headhunter
mode,
which has you picking up Sparks from slain enemies with the goal being for your team accumulate 30 of them to win.
In fact it seems likely that it'll be some sort of co-operative
mode, considering OXM said, «and info on who you'll be playing as,» suggesting to me a named character with an actual story,
which in turn suggests a co-operative character of some sort rather than a generic
Deathmatch character designed to be killed over and over and over and over.
You can also take part in the fairly standard game
modes such as
Deathmatches etc
which are all fun affairs.
We actually took this element in Verdun and turned them into an asset, such as the hard - core «Rifle
Deathmatch»
mode which is a no - nonsense game
mode with just these weapons
which is kind of a change from the «kill streak» - craze we have seen in recent years.
There are ten maps for undead and flora to duke it out and three
modes for teams to participate in; Team Vanquish (
which is Team
Deathmatch), Gardens and Graveyards and Garden Ops.
The next game
mode is
deathmatch,
which in itself has two options; elimination and skirmish.
The game comes with two primary

Several variants of this

deathmatch, so you won't have to keep making «body count only» matches, and Operations is a game
mode which sees teams attempt to progress through a level together.
That includes the game's versus multiplayer,
which offers the same sorts of game types found in Gears 2, so if you want to capture and hold points there's King of the Hill, or you can always go for more straight - up
modes, like Team
Deathmatch.
Featuring a mix of third - person shooting, physics - based combat, and platforming, you will be able to play through various
modes including the story - based campaign,
deathmatch, time trials and Armless Fighting (the non-weapon combat
mode which promises to be the ultimate challenge).
The singleplayer campaign provides 10 hours of content with leaderboard challenge
modes, and the multiplayer content will be immense, with co-op, 1 - on - 1
Deathmatches, and Arena
which will be played on the 6 built in maps, or you could play one of the many inevitably awesome community maps.
One was a typical team
deathmatch mode while the other was called Warpath, essentially a King of the Hill

The game's online multiplayer,

mode to the multiplayer will also be released.
If you are familiar with the multiplayer component in the Call of Duty series, then you will already know the classic recurring standard

which all feel incredibly different to one another in their approach and potential play styles.
Perfect Dark's Combat Simulator

As an extra bonus, PC players will be able to try out the brand new multiplayer
mode,
which features up to 16 - players in free - for - all and team -
deathmatch modes, from 18th May.
