You can work around this by putting
Device Search icon on the screen and typing into that, but that slows things down.

To get back to a book you were reading in, say, Moon Reader +, you have to turn the
device on, press the Apps button, select the Moon Reader +

search — there's no way to hide
devices, and even useless items like the Philips Hue Bridge, which does nothing more than connect your widgets to the internet, shows up as a button.

You can do so either using the a web browser while logged into your Amazon account or through the Alexa app on your mobile
device (you'll find it by tapping on the menu
icon, selecting «Skills» in the navigation pane, and
searching for «Plex»).
A very subtle change in the Pixel Launcher (which has already been ported to other
devices) is that the
search bar now has a microphone
icon so you can start a voice
search.
An
icon on the home screen won't do it, and the home button is out of reach as Google mandates that a long press of the home button on every Android
device should fire up Google Now, the
search giant's personal assistant.
For starters, the
Search bar on top and some
icons will look more colorful, but the same applies to other
devices, as these changes were implemented via Google Play Store updates.
After this update all VR supported
devices will have a VR
icon next to them in the PlayStation Store, allowing you to organize your
searches that much better.
The latest open beta has numerous tweaks to the launcher, including dynamic
icons for the calendar and weather, a
search history row in the app drawer that lists your five most - recently used apps, ability to see battery information for connected Bluetooth
devices, and more.
The v30 update also brings enhanced customization to the
search bar, more adaptive
icons, and better performance on Samsung
devices.
