do forced reps.. A rep is considered forced when a bodybuilder reaches muscle failure during a set and has a
training partner who assists in completing past the normal point of failure and therefore
fatigues more muscle fibers which eventually in greater muscle density.
Use of
weight training that causes true muscle
fatigue, and it may be body
weight, but there are limits to exercises you can
do with body
weight - only that feature your major muscle groups.
Do a simple
weight training sequence (with 15 up to 20 repetitions) and stop short of
fatigue.
Another example is branch chain amino acids might reduce
fatigue for prolonged exercise, but the exercise actually has to be prolonged, so
doing cardio rather than
weight lifting, and it has to be consumed by untrained or lightly
trained individuals.
