coming from, background, etc.), characteristics, behavior with other
dogs & cats (to the best of current knowledge), behavior with children (if known), and the type of home our trainer feels he / she may do best
in.
This can make things more complicated when it
comes to breeding decisions, guarantees etc., but no good breeder would deliberately use a
dog in their breeding
program which has a known hereditary problem.

came close to extinction by the end of World War I, though a small number of
dogs were preserved and used to start a breeding

In the Be a Tree
dog bite prevention
program we teach kids to Be a Rock if a
dog knocks them down, or they are playing on the ground when a strange
dog comes near.
