advocating for
changes to the Adirondack Park State Master Plan, to bring the document that was
drafted decades ago in line with issues facing the park today.
Despite equally withering criticism from solar
advocates, the final CES keeps in place
changes the
draft made to the way residential solar customers are compensated for the excess power their systems make and send back into the grid during certain times of the day.
