Once the water has been bubbling nicely for a couple of minutes, remove the
pan from the heat,
drain the wedges and
then place them on a baking tray.

then drain well 7) Add cooked rice noodles to the pot of vegetables, stirring well, and pour soya sauce over evenly 8) Add in strips of fried egg, chicken, stir well and
then serve.
Bring a
pan of water to the boil and cook the jackfruit for 10 minutes,
