I turned to one of my favorite
dressing recipes for inspiration — the ginger - carrot - miso awesomeness most of us know
from sushi restaurants — and decided to mash up a miso and carrot soup.
Also, Cobb salad is traditionally served with a vinaigrette, but I made my own ranch using the
recipe from the BTC Old - Fashioned Grocery cookbook (affiliate link)(and here's my own ranch
dressing recipe).
With a little tweaking of the
dressing from the original
recipe and a few additional ingredients, I have to say I really enjoyed this Asian Chicken Salad.

I didn't change a single thing about the
recipe other than cutting 12 slabs instead of 8 which I do recommend and omitting the oil

Just a quick note for those wondering about colatura — I've always made ceaser
