dry -
rubbed.
I've eaten a LOT of good things this year, so it's hard to pick the best... I'd have to say it's a tie between some buffalo
wings my boyfriend and I made, ribs my parents made with a
dry rub that just fell off the bone, and some homemade macaroni and cheese we made to go with the
wings.
The white
wing sauce (now I'm hearing Stevie Nicks in my head) both moderated and complemented the
dry rub.
Guess it is sort of a
dry / wet
rub combination but realize the oil really holds the
rub on the
wings as we'll see later:

After allowing my paint to
dry (which didn't take long), I distressed the edges of the
wings with a sanding sponge and then added some gold
Rub n» Buff (available at craft stores) to give them some added bling.
