thoroughly Finely chop the pepper, tomatoes and spring onion tips.
Drain and
thoroughly rinse the
chickpeas and blot
dry with a paper towel.
After your
chickpeas are
thoroughly patted
dry, place in a food processor with all remaining ingredients, except the flour and oil.
A bundle of spinach that you'd have to
thoroughly clean yourself will cost a lot less, and a pound of
dry chickpeas costs less than a dollar at my market.
