It will take some planning and
prep time, but will be worth it when you realize you're feeling great
during practices and
competitions.
Obviously, for the weeks leading up to an actual
competition we may have to allow for more strength loss than this but it serves well
during periods of the year outside of the immediate content
prep phases.
