One odd thing I have noticed is that the double batches
cooked in a Le Creuset
dutch oven were all perfect at exactly 252 degrees.

cook a home
cooked meal for the whole family that can be started when you get home, and finished without hassle as it just slow -
cooks in a
dutch oven.
