the Dutch oven method, quickly remove the Dutch oven from the oven and immediately close the door — you lose a lot of heat whenever that door opens.
This time around, I used
the dutch oven method - using a Pyrex pot.

method — I just love that crust that it develops without losing the wonderful interior texture and flavor.
I have had great results with the

method — spectacular crust.
TIP: As an alternate cooking
method, after browning chicken, add the ingredients to a large
Dutch oven and braise at 350 °F (177 °C) for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
