Bradley received his MFA in Sculpture at Maryland Institute College of Art and has been exhibiting throughout the DMV area in galleries like Hillyer Art Space and the Target Gallery since 2006, most recently participating in
East City Art's Emulsion 2016.
This year, the jurors for two - dimensional artwork such as painting and photography were Alec Simpson, a mixed - media artist who is also Acting Countywide Arts Coordinator for the Prince George's County Department of Parks and Recreation and former Deputy Director of the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities; Phil Hutinet, founder and Managing Editor of
East City Art and former director of the Honfleur Gallery; and fine artist and educator Margaret Adams Parker.
About the Jurors Phil Hutinet, a third generation Capitol Hill resident, is the publisher of
East City Art which he began in 2010 to document and promote the growing contemporary art movement in the eastern communities of Washington, D.C..

The names include faculty members from museums and college
arts programs at
East Coast colleges, including Columbia University, New York University, the
City University of New York, and Parsons School of Design.
The New York
City Parks Department is seeking applications for an annual public
art exhibition that is taking place next year on the Lower
East Side.
In late April, the immaculate chairwoman of the New York real - estate lobby and her husband, an Upper
East Side plastic surgeon, hosted a fund - raiser for the
City Council speaker, Christine Quinn, at their condo across from the Metropolitan Museum of
Art.
City school officials have withdrawn a controversial proposal to co-locate a charter school at IS 285 Meyer Levin School for the Performing
Arts in
East Flatbush after the school community and neighborhood groups joined forces to organize a grassroots campaign to oppose it.
