eat Okra.
One of my favorite ways to
eat okra is to roast it in the oven until it is crispy.
Our favorite way to
eat okra is to steam it in the microwave, then put some Earth Balance and salt on it.
But I'm not big into frying my foods, which other than pickled is the only way I've
eaten okra.

The portions are huge, and while
