Retreat conference, Wendy from Celiacs in the House asked me to create a recipe for Lindsay Olives.
However, the Director will be expected to attend certain office functions, such as Little House on the Prairie marathon watch parties, company
writing retreats, the annual knit - a-long, volunteer work days, and the holiday dessert potluck and cream puff
eating competition.
I could
write a whole blog post about my entire experience on
retreat, but there is one experience in particular that taught me how to chew my food properly — the concept of mindful
eating.
