food like Langos and Palacsinta (
so good) Basically I've been brought up with no fear from anything new, I have no prejudices, try everything I can and enjoy home cooked meals made with local basic ingridients the most!
In answer to your questions I don't believe in counting calories, as I explain in the
food philosophy section as all these
foods are
so good for you and
so easily digestible that you don't really need to think about calories if you always
eat this way — you can't for example equate the calories of an avocado and a chocolate bar!
Really helped me to not be
so held up on calorie intake and focus on
eating good healthy wholesome
foods.
And it travels
well: no sogginess, no thinned out dressing, you can
eat it cold if you left your Thermos on the train once and no longer had a method of keeping
food warm for lunch... Thank you

I love to
eat healthy and love your recipes, but I don't have any
food sensitivities,
so I like to occasionally enjoy some junk
food as
well.
It was because I couldn't
eat any processed sweet
food due to animal derived additives, any cheese due to rennet, and
so many other
foods as
well.
We originally created Tsampa Soup as the ideal high - altitude power
food, but it tastes — and makes us feel —
so good, we love
eating it at home as
well.
So, I tried
eating more
foods with B - 12 like
good quality organic grass - fed cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs and I took B - 12 supplements.

so much about this book and now that I've come down with a horrible spring flu it seem even more tempting to

eating too many processed

The meal options I came up with had to be: # 1 things that would be fairly easy to prepare (I wasn't about to take an extra hour on Sunday to make something elaborate), # 2 had to be
foods I could easily manipulate the nutritional profile for (ensuring a balance of protein, carbs, and fat), # 3 the
food had to store
well in the fridge or freezer, # 4 they had to reheat
well in either the toaster or microwave OR be
eaten cold right from the fridge, and # 5 ideally, they needed to be things she could easily
eat in the car on the way to school (remember, it takes us at least 20 minutes with no traffic to get to school
so eating in the car gives us even MORE time to sleep lol).
Many of us adults today have inadequate
good bacteria in our digestive tract — due to various things including antibiotics, chlorine in tap water (and in swimming pools and showers), the birth control pill, other medications, and also not replenishing our
good bacteria by regularly
eating fermented
foods (yogurt, kefir, sourdough, kombucha, sauerkraut, and
so on).

eating) boyfriend's favs is Galerie 88 just behind to the Hotel de Ville - 88, quai de l'Hôtel de Ville, 75004 Paris, the gazpacho and split pea soup (which i want
so desperately to recreate but can't seem to...) are both musts, lovely bohemian style and simple great tasting
food.
