If I eliminate starchy carbs and grains, dairy,
nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables, I'm not sure I could enjoy just
eating various types of meat everyday.
To elaborate though, in other videos here, it shows that those who regularly
eat nuts tend to be healthier in
various significant ways.
