I am a Type 2 diabetic and although I

fruits to keep my carbs within my Dr. limits, I have been looking at some Paleo recipes recently with the hopes of finding recipes which would work for me with
low carbs and
calories.
Instead of spending the entire carb budget on 1 or 2 pieces of
fruit, it would be better spent
eating plenty of
low - carb vegetables, which are much more nutritious,

fruits) there may be an issue of not achieving an adequate caloric load but even so, with a raw foodist they quickly get hungry when
eating this way as their body is demanding more
calories so they end up
eating a lot all day to make up for their
low calorie diet.
